Mixed Bag

Here's a nice mixed bag o' rockfish from the Farallons, all caught within about 45 minutes of fishing. Captain Harry of the New Seeker put us on the fish and within about an hour, all 27 of us had our limits, plus a few nice lings to 8 pounds.

A nice gangion pull here - a few of the anglers fished with scampis tipped with squid and had great results on some of the other rockfish - yellowtail, widows, vermillions (which we have to throw back), and others. I even saw a few salmon grouper brought over - I haven't seen those fish since my days of fishing San Clemente Island!

Got my share & limit of Rockfish & Ling. Captain Louie did a fantastic trip with good crew. All the passengers were all nice and relaxed. Overall it is a successful trip. Everybody were satisfied.
